WW2 vets have a new opportunity to take to the skies this summer. Dream Flights is launching a 30 city event this August that will put veterans in the cockpit of WWII-era Stearman biplanes. This is an amazing opportunity to relive history and to reconnect with days long gone for these American Heroes.

The idea is to give back to some of our greatest veterans by offering these flights in their honor. While these completely restored planes are a sight to see for the general public, they have special meaning for our veterans.

These free flights for WW2 vets are part of a project called “Operation September Freedom” which will run from the beginning of August through the end of September. Learn all about the project here.

While this is great, we believe even more needs to be done for our WW2 vets. That is why we support The Greatest Generation Benefits Act. This bill would be truly life-changing for these great Americans that are still with us. Learn more about this important legislation and sign the petition here.
