Remembering WWII Veteran Jerry Ingram

Members of the greatest generation fought and sacrificed for our freedom. These brave Americans gave so much in World War 2 and Korea. We believe that it is important to not only respect their service but to listen to their story. In the video below, WWII Veteran SSGT Jerry Ingram shares his story and is honored for his service. Ingram signed up to fight for his country before he was old enough to vote or get a driver’s license. He went on to live a life of honor and service. Even at such a young age, he understood the importance of the fight saying of his service: “I served so that my children’s children could be free.”

After a lifetime of service, Jerry Ingram passed away at the age of 94. We feel that it is extremely important to not only honor heroes like Ingram but to remember their stories. Take a moment to watch this video and share Jerry’s story.
