Thank You for Your Service, Veterans of Maine

Maine Veterans’ Homes has a series called “Maine Veteran of the Month.”

We thank all our veterans for their service and sacrifices.

One recent Maine Veteran of the Month is James French, a World War II veteran and part of the greatest generation. He joined the Army in 1944 straight out of high school and served in Germany and France.

People like Mr. French are the reason we work to protect and honor the greatest generation.
