Remembering a World War 2 Veteran Who Fought Until the End

We recently celebrated Veterans Day and today we have a reminder of who we are celebrating and why it is so important to honor them while they are here. KGTV News reports that 95-year-old World War 2 Veteran Ben Pack passed away on Veterans Day. His story is remarkable because not only did he serve in the war, but his life was full of battles that he fought and won.

He survived tuberculosis, cancer, congestive heart failure, and even made it through a month’s stay in ICU with Covid-19. Ben was a fighter until the end. His strength reminds us why we call them the greatest generation and why we must now fight for them. Learn about what we are doing to help Americans like Ben who have already given us so much.
