Buddy Holly is one of the most important names in Rock and Roll history. His sound was so influential, that music today would likely sound a lot different if it hadn’t been for him. He was among several innovative artists that helped to shape Rock music in the 1950s. Like Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly created music that defined a generation. What’s really impressive is the impact he had in such a short time.

Sadly, his career and life were both cut short in 1959. However, the influence of his music carried on and changed music as we know it today. Today, we celebrate the memory of this legend. Read our full story here.
